In
 order to better convey and focus on the heated material all the IR 
radiation emitted from the lamp, the special gold reflector or white 
reflector will be coated and fixed directly on the quartz surface. The 
use of a coating reflectors on IR emitters will obtain an additional 
increase of the IR radiation energy to the heating material. So the 
heating efficiency and time will be faster than clear quartz tube IR 
emitters. Besides, through the appropriate distribution of the emitters 
inside the machinery and the distance from emitter to be heated 
material, it’s able to get a better reflective angle (60°~80°) for even 
heating temperature, especially the end parts of products.
Gold reflector
 is a with gold layer, coated and fixed directly on the quartz tube. It 
is able to reflect about 90% of the IR radiation to the heated object. 
And the gold reflector can resist up to a working temperatureabout 
600℃ by properly cooled. 
White ceramic reflector
 is a reflective ceramic layer, which directly fixed on the surface of 
quartz tube. It is able to reflect about 70% of the IR radiation to the 
heated object. And the white reflector can reach the heating temperature
 over 900~1000℃.
